Well after researching and a few phone calls I found the information I needed. I will post information technology here so in-case someone other is looking for information technology.

1. the A/C Expansion Valve settled on the fire bulwark behind where the hoses run.Take off air intake system that you had to remove to get access , Once on that point you call for to unbolt one of hosepipe brackets and also the A/C line bracket that is affixed on the right side fender well.

This whole is in set into the firewall, 10 mm socket and a Allen wrench are needed to remove. This is not easy to get tabu Eastern Samoa you have wiggle it quite a little to get unofficial. It is a tight fit with the a/c lines to put on the new O rings. Lube with a/c compressor oil.

Before you ray assemble the ventilate intake arrangement that you had to remove , now is a estimable time to draw a vacuum on the A/C system, this will save you time if you deliver leak as you have access to this area.

2. The  A/C Accumulator Filter is located on the Capacitance it self , ascent the car and get rid of the air deflector , consult on the larboard breast side where the radiator and condenser are , you will view a hole in the core support , and then you derriere get a line a nylon white plug which is the A/C Receiver Dryer and plug , big positional notation wrench is required, wont the new plug to size .

3. When you go to reload the a/c organisation you may not get the a/c compressor to kick along to take the proper charge , what we did was to pull the A/C clutch electrical relay #68 and put 12 volts to it. Be sure to look heavenward the relay numerate to recover to 12v output stick. <-- this is important not to fry other parts  same the PCM

Incoming we had a tough prison term in getting the system to take the proper number of charge of 1.5 lbs . So come out by evacuating the arrangement , so add .3 to .5 lbs at one time till the fans beef happening , then replace the relay and approach charging the a/c system suchlike normal. When we found out was information technology did not suchlike a full charge all at once just away adding a little act at a time we were able to bring fort the system up and running .

Now keep in mind you may have to go back and add a fleck more charge after 24 hrs since the revolutionary Freon film longer for the tout to completely expand.
